Christies International Real Estate Property Marketing Campaign

The Background

The luxury real estate arm of the world’s largest fine arts auction house Christie’s International Real Estate has offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. Yoke works with the company’s Sydney-based exclusive affiliate to develop sales and marketing collateral for some of Australia’s most exclusive and high profile luxury properties.

The Project

Located in Point Piper on the shores of Sydney Harbor, ‘Elaine’ is Australia’s most significant private estate. Owned for the last four generations by the Fairfax family, one of the world’s oldest media dynasties, the estate was placed on the market for the first time in its 120-year history.

Engaged by Golden Eye Media, the lead property marketing team and under the direction of the listing agent Ken Jacobs, Yoke designed and executed items to support the campaign including a bespoke brochure and website.

The Result

After a reviewing the marketing strategy and shifting the focus towards highlighting development opportunities, the property was eventually sold By Ken Jacob’s to Scott Farquhar, founder of software company Atlassian, for an Australian record of $70million.
