Having come to the decision to end their time as part of the First National franchise, Harris Tripp came to Yoke to help them take a new brand to market. A single office real estate business servicing Sydney’s Inner West, Harris Tripp had built a reputation of being a true neighbourhood local.
Located in a quaint shopping village in Summer Hill, our strategy was to transform the brand to represent the core of the business and resonate with an increasingly sophisticated market. With the median house price in this area sitting at $1.5 million, the area is sitting in a belt that is quickly gentrifying.
Yoke delivered a brand strategy and resulting identity that set Harris Tripp apart from the competing national franchise brands, and cut through to talk directly to the brand’s local audience.
