Maison came to Yoke as a start-up property management firm, in need of a full brand strategy from naming through to website and office signage. Maison’s core offering is outstanding, personal service, and the profound understanding they have of their clients’ individual lifestyle requirements.
Yoke created the Maison identity with the mission to communicate sophistication and professionalism without losing approachability. There was a strategic step away from typical real estate creative, to create a lifestyle and fashion-centric identity. Yoke chose the colour orange, drawing inspiration from luxury brands Hermes and Veuve Clicquot, to keep the brand sophisticated and warm.
