The Background

With a heritage dating back to 1938, premium real estate and property firm Kay & Burton is known for successfully dealing with some of Melbourne and Victoria’s finest homes. The business has a team of over 100 staff across 7 offices, offering services spanning property sales, auctioneering, property management, marketing and international real estate strategy.

The Project

Although well established and highly regarded, the Kay & Burton brand was assigned to a company review to ensure it retained its value and positioning in a highly competitive and ever-changing industry landscape. Yoke was appointed as the agency to work on the strategic repositioning of Kay & Burton and to deliver the rollout of a new identity across the business.

The Results

The new brand was introduced at a company wide strategy day at the Crown Conference Centre with a presentation from Yoke’s Creative Director Richie MeldrumThe launch cemented Kay & Burton as Melbourne’s premium real estate and property firm, with many inside the industry viewing the new brand as the benchmark for others to follow.
